・About |
The Game Gear is a handheld video game console released by Sega in October 1990. It was Sega's first and last handheld game console. With a color LCD display and the ability to add a TV tuner, it was an advanced game console for its time. Around the same time, the GameBoy and PC Engine GT were released, marking the dawn of portable video game consoles in this decade.
